Events Notice

This notice applies to events held in the following venues (1st Floor of the Convention Centre):
Room 1.41 * Room 1.42 * Rooms 1.43 – 1.44 * Room 1.61 *
Room 1.62 * Rooms 1.63 – 1.64
Since seating in these venues is limited, all attendees at the event / presentation are required to obtain an Event Booking Ticket from the Event Ticket Collection Area outside Hall 2 on the Ground Floor of the Convention Centre.
- All tickets are available on a first come, first served basis
- Event Tickets are only obtainable on the day that the event is being held
- Two tickets per person
- The duration of each event is 45 minutes – the time indicated on the programme is the start time of the event
- Attendees arriving more than 5 minutes after the start of an event will not be allowed entry to the room since this disrupts the speaker / panelists
Events on the Exhibition Floor / Main Hall 9Stand Events) do not require tickets and can be accessed on the first come. First served / space available basis.
