All exhibitors are all invited to submit reservations for events that require rooms upstairs at the Cape Town International Convention Centre -  for application forms please click here.  The earlier these rooms are reserved, the greater the likelihood of getting the slots/rooms that you prefer. You may reserve rooms for individual slots as well as for full day events. Kindly note that non-exhibitors are not eligible to stage events during the Cape Town Book Fair in any of the rooms. 30th July is the professional day at the Cape Town Book Fair. A professional programme will be staged by the organisers to which all exhibitors and trade visitors are invited - full details will be announced shortly. However, additional programmes, targeted at a professional audience, e.g. publishers, booksellers, librarians, teachers etc. can be organised on that day as well -  programmes directed at the general public will be staged 31 July until 2 August. Please note that all events will be included in the calendar of events, a printed hand out, available at the fair. We look forward to your registration!
